Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use Paylocity for our HR and Payroll needs. The program addresses our need for Employee tracking and managing our HR needs. It allows us to keep all of our employees' information in one place and makes it easily accessible. It addresses our need for Payroll processing. It allows us to have our timekeeping and payroll processing all in one place.

Pros

  • Payroll Processing.
  • Timekeeping
  • HR information storing.

Cons

  • Sometimes, timekeeping gets stuck on wrong person.
  • Reduces errors.
  • More consistent process.
  • Decreased time spent on payroll.
We do not use a lot of the extra tools, but I can say that the automation of payroll and timekeeping has helped us stay consistent. It has helped streamline the process to make things quicker and more accurate.
We do not use the Community, Peer Recognition, Surveys, or premium video functions.

I think Paylocity is well suited for companies that want everything (HR and Payroll) all in one place. The Onboarding process is straightforward to use. It emails the associate for you, so you don't even have to do that. It links your EVerify with it, making it a one-stop shop. I think.
