Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
Paylocity is a pivotal system that administers our HR records, benefit enrollments, time and labor time cards/clocks, recognition,
time-off administration, and employee self-service portal.

Pros
- Keeps track of our manufacturing floor employee clock-in/outs - very reliable.
- It helps me to administer and manage benefit enrollments, life changes, and automatic data feeds (EDI) to our insurance companies.
- Makes it easy to manage time off (PTO) requests, balances, accruals, roll overs.
Cons
- Our EDI data feeds to our insurance companies produce a status report each time = which contains some funky errors and error codes that don't make sense. They do get resolved but a better nomenclature on the errors would be beneficial.
- Has reduced manual administrative tasks - Paylocity streamlines many tasks.
I moved to Paylocity for these very automated core processes and their ease-of-use interface. Has reduced data entry/administrative tasks significantly.
We've rolled some of these items out, and they have been well received.
Paylocity is superior due to its interfaces, ease of use, outstanding reporting, simple time-keeping in the plant, etc.
