Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

recruiting, onboarding, self-service portal, compensation, LMS, etc. Automates our hiring and onboarding process, open enrollment, keeps a single source of truth.

Pros

  • innovation
  • creating an HRIS ecosystem

Cons

  • alphabetize the content under company section on self-service portal
  • Easier way to assign leads as Time Off approver only without giving access to all ee info.

Able to give employees full access to control their demographics, see their documents, change their direct deposits etc. Hard for employees to find company info on the self service portal since it is not in alphabetical order.
