We use Paylocity as a HRCM. The product has allowed us to simplify our processes. We also use Paylocity for our benefit administration with feeds going to the carriers, this cuts down on errors and allows our employees to see their benefits on the self-service portal. We use the recruiting module that allows for a smooth onboarding.

The recruiting and onboarding process in Paylocity has streamlined our processes and allowed for a better experience for our prospective employees and new hires. Managers are happy with the access they have to manage their employees and the ease to correct incorrect punches, and manage PTO.
We have taken advantage of the surveys in Paylocity to automate our new hire, 30, 60, and 90 day check ins, this saves a great amount of time. It also prevents these important check ins from being overlooked. We use the community section to communicate upcoming events and important announcements.
Paylocity is much more intuitive than the ADP Workforce. You do not need to go through so many steps to accomplish a task. Paylocity has made it much more user friendly and organized.
