Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use Paylocity for all our HR & Payroll needs. Everything is in one platform and easy to navigate for our employees.

Pros

  • User friendly
  • Help links that provide step by step assistance.
  • All solutions in one platform
  • Integrates seamlessly with Wmployee Navigator

Cons

  • Pay types are hard to configure for healthcare complicated pay systems
  • Workflows are a bit clunky and cannot be triggered by employees
  • Would love if the recognition platform had ability to do swag shop merch with company logo
  • Reduced time spent on payroll
  • Hopefully reduction in errors
  • Ease of access
Love that we can set up workflows that trigger based on an event. Love the skills automation that has reduced the need to create reports and offers more visibility to staff.
We are slowly building out community, however, posting announcements and triggering notifications has allowed us a better way to share information with all our staff across all 3 shifts and weekends.
It is super easy to use and find things. Staff love it.

Implementation was simple enough. However some specialists were more responsive than others. Payroll is still a struggle 3 months in due to complicated pay systems.
