Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
Constant changes to their reporting structure and process coupled with a service team that does not know their own product.
If you want to solve your problems, your best bet is to google the issue you’re having and provide the customer service person the article number; otherwise you will get 4 different answers from 3 different reps!

The workflows are really helpful as long as they don’t accidentally turn off your workflow for no reason and with no warning.
NA - we don’t use this module because it doesn’t work correctly. Currently it has a glitch where it shows the tech data for how you’re typing if you try and use it on a computer.
