Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

we use Paylocity HIS system and payroll system. We use the employee voice learning management system performance review.

  • Improves on boarding time. Employees are able to enroll online without having to actually fill in actual paperwork
  • Able to interact with other systems ease such as Applegate tracking systems and in Employee Navigator for benefit
Improve efficiency and capability within the HR department and payroll department
we are just now beginning to use this product. Excited to see the AI function that comes along with the heat map and the responses and initiatives for supervisors. Need to work on improving employee engagement and having them actually answer the surveys.
Ease of use. User-friendly for all employees of all ages. Enhanced by the app. Also the learning modules are handy and on demand. This enables learning of the system to be accessed by all employees and supervisors.

Well suited for multiple locations and campaign ideas for multiple general ledgers. Also like the app for requesting time off, pay on demand as well as employees been able to clock in and out. Geo Fence is also a big selling point
