Pros
- on boarding
- payroll assistance
- customer service is always kind and helpful
Cons
- compensation entering VS rounding time. Our nonexempt employees never seem to have a whole number for hours worked and our PTO policies are based on attendance
- auto starting our float holiday after a person's first 90 days. This would be a helpful step for HR to have handled.
- huge money savings with leaving INDEED (over 20K per month) to less than $900 per month with your recruiting platform
New payroll platform is easier and more user friendly. I finish payroll in less than an hour VS the 3 hours it took me before.
Supervisors love the 90 day and annual review feature. They can take their time and edit thru the day as time allows and their work is always saved
