Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use it as a HRIS system, to process payroll, conduct reviews, input merit increases, document filing, time and Labor, disciplinary tracking, benefit management, record keeping

Pros

Cons

  • LOA Tracking
  • Easier customization with data Insights and reporting
  • Customization of employee action form
  • More accessibility to reporting (from previous system - Paychex)
  • Positive is now having a process for processing personnel changes
I don't process payroll but I know it has allowed more ease in processing payroll for such a big census of employees. It allows us to have clear processes and deadlines in place
Paylocity is definitely a step up from our previous system, but I find that the customization is difficult and takes a lot of effort to be able to follow through on a chance. Responses aren't always clear from support.
