We use it as a HRIS system, to process payroll, conduct reviews, input merit increases, document filing, time and Labor, disciplinary tracking, benefit management, record keeping

- Customization of employee action form
- More accessibility to reporting (from previous system - Paychex)
- Positive is now having a process for processing personnel changes
I don't process payroll but I know it has allowed more ease in processing payroll for such a big census of employees. It allows us to have clear processes and deadlines in place
