Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

Paylocity is used t my organization for our everyday HRIS functions (payroll, leave management, LMS, onboarding). Some of the business problems Paylocity addresses are Payroll related, reporting as needed and integration with our other software platforms.

  • On boarding module has reduced hiring times
Unfortunately, we have not taken advantage of these how we would like. I don't think we are aware of the different ways we can automate processes. I also believe that our rep could do a better job at engaging us in all he different tools we could be taking advantage of.
This is another module that it is currently not being utilize to its potential. Our employees do not engage as much in this module and they rather engage and provide feedback using outside tools not provided by Paylocity.
I think Paylocity's strength is the HR and Payroll module. I give it this rating because 60% of my usage is in this module. I would like to explore the rest of the features and implement them to our employees.

I think Paylocity is a great product for small to mid size organizations. The platform itself is friendly user compared to other HRIS. Their customer service is great, but at times it feels like some of the reps are thrown into situations/questions out of their expertise and cannot provide the best resolution to an issue,
