Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
Paylocity is our HRIS and payroll system. I use it for everything payroll, benefits, performance reviews, compensation and recruiting. Originally, we only used it for payroll, then integrated benefits. This was a game changer, but the recruiting was very helpful as well. We added the compensation module recently and used it for the performance reviews last year and the process was so much easier.
Pros
- The compensation module with the tie to the performance reviews
- The recruiting module that feeds to the employment sites
- The AI job descriptions
Cons
- We should be able to edit the GL ourselves
- That's all I have lol
- We implemented HR Edge, which saved time and money on our handbook
- Our annual audits are easy with the Paylocity resources, which saves time and money
Very positive. I love that the candidates can enter their personal information and it feeds directly through to HR & Payroll. This saves time and reduces human error. I enjoy the new payroll process as well because it saves time when processing payroll. It also helps during audits because we are asked how the information gets to HR and Payroll.
We use the surveys for many things, including exit surveys, which have come in very handy when trying to finds ways to improve retention.
I have used ADP in the past and I like Paylocity better. It is much easier to use. I have not used ADP in the recent past, so I am not sure about their newer products, but I definitely like this system better than the ones I have used in the past!
