Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We use Paylocity for our payroll processing, federal and state payroll tax returns and forms, and Time and Labor management. Paylocity has simplified and expanded our payroll and reporting process to a level not previously experienced. Issues with our previous payroll service company left us with poor communication and support and significant problems with taxation. We have been well-trained and supported with Paylocity's products.

Paylocity's reporting tools help reduce manual calculations, saving time and money. The paperless option is convenient, time-saving, and a savings to our Nonprofit organization. The Knowledge base is extremely helpful. The payroll, tax returns, and reporting accuracy are beneficial. The staff is excited about the paperless stubs, time and labor, and the mobile app for their payroll needs.
We have yet to fully engage with these products.
I have processed payroll manually using products such as ADP, Sentric, and Paycor, and Paylocity has towered over these products in terms of accuracy, training, and reporting. I would recommend Paylocity to anyone. As we get closer to using time and labor, I feel confident that Paylocity will provide the same level of excellence as the payroll product.

Evaluating Paylocity and Competitors
Yes - Paycor was the product we replaced. Paycor took over Sentric and provided only two weeks' notice and absolutely no implementation assistance. The number of errors on their part for our first several payrolls was unacceptable. Their customer service was not what I expect in a payroll system.

Paylocity Implementation

Yes - First Paylocity uploaded our employee files. Once the data was uploaded, we began the training process and implementation for Payroll, for I believe was about two weeks. After that, there was training for Time & Labor. Extensive time was taken and follow up offered as we moved on.
- Some small difficulties with Idaho state tax
- We received T&L implementation prior to our ability to use it.

We did not purchase premium support. I didn't know it was available.
Yes - My personal sick accrual is not correct, and the response from the support team was that there is a bug in the system. I am awaiting an solution to this issue at this time.
Implementation! The implementation team for both payroll and time and labor were outstanding. They spent several days working with our payroll team until we felt very confident in moving forward with our Paylocity product.
