We use it for employees to be able to put through work expenses and expense reports through to our accounting team

Cons

it is a bit hard to navigate on the employee end - find it hard to see what area I should be in to submit a report
would love to have steps that appear to show what needs to be done to submit a report

less direct communication to the accounting team

We use the Airbase part of the Paylocity and having the money flow automatically is a really helpful part for me as an employee. Knowing that once I submit an expense, it's out of my hands makes my job a lot easier

Usability

The Airbase part of Paylocity can be difficult to manage as a user and to know what sections to use to create an expense report. Having a step by step walk through as you're using the product would be really helpful as an employee user

It works well for our sized company (>500) to add expenses and be covered and reimbursed quickly. Our accounting team can see the expenses easily as well
