Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

Paylocity has streamlined my HR and payroll. The integrations I have with other platforms in my ecosystem, such as HubSpot and WellSky, just make my life easier. Recently, I was approached by Paychex, and the decision to stay with Paylocity was easy, as my client relationship manager did not take our long-standing relationship for granted and worked with me on a retention plan that showed we were both valued and appreciated.

Pros

  • quick turn around
  • Great APIs
  • Amazing Customer Service

Cons

  • APIs should be free
  • Great ROI per employee
I would need few months to answer that as we just implemented few initiatives.
I have not used any
I am an admin and I have super users in my office but I use it daily.
