Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We are a non-profit of ~150 employees and use Paylocity for both HR and Finance departments. It helps us account for employees' work time, salaries, deductions, taxes an PTO
Pros
- PTO calculations

Cons
- PTO calculations are sometimes confusing, especially in the PTO History section
- Retirement plans are calculated incorrectly each pay period
- Time card reports show approvals differently in different reports - sometimes the same time card was approved by several supervisors in one report, by the most recent of them in another report and by the employee themself in the third

Positively. The productivity rate increased but there are still some minor things that should be addressed - as mentioned above, they relate to supervisor approvals of time sheets, very frequent incorrect PTO history calculations as well as absolutely incorrect retirement plan calculations (401-a in this case), so it's very good but could be better
