Paylocity's got it all
Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
Our organization uses Paylocity primarily for Payroll, HR, and Time & Labor. I cant really pinpoint any problems we have come across with.. We are still somewhat new to the platform and we know that not all services available are being used. For Payroll, we process on a bi-weekly basis, and at times process off-cycle payrolls. Time & Labor, pretty standard. Track employee hours and approve timecards. HR: maintain employee records. Recently started utilizing the Recruiting and Onboarding functions.
Pros
- Customer Support guidance
- Knowledge Base articles
- Implementation of external vendors
- Employee self-service (check calculators, W2s, check stubs)
Cons
- Navigation from the different screens
- Having a dedicated team for the different features
Still fairly new to using all the features available. So far, the tools we have been using has been streamlining or old processes.
We haven't really tapped into this much.
The recruitment platform is comparable to Indeed's in a way. Very user friendly.
