Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use Paylocity for Payroll, Onboarding, HR documentation, write ups and reviews, time clock and time off calendar, safety trainings and data insights. Paylocity is definitely a hub for our employees and all the information they could need regarding their employment! It is a one stop ship for our managers!

Pros

  • All in one software!
  • Easy onboarding
  • Time clock ease
  • Great customer service

Cons

  • I didn't love the Compensation module but I think our organization just couldn't utilize it the way it was intended for.
  • Sometimes software glitches are frustrating but that's all software. Paylocity is usually pretty good about handling it.
  • Better visibility for employees and management
  • Consistent processes
  • Better data driven decision making
Greatly! It has definitely automated so much of that.
Time off balances are always confusing. Aside from that it is great!
I've never had a reason to want to switch. It doesn't seem like they offer anything Paylocity doesn't that makes it better.

I already have recommended it to other workplaces! Paylocity has made my life so much easier. Any company looking for a one stop shop for their employees could utilize it. I have even recommended it to a church!
