Pendo.io is really easy to use. I rarely need to export data and manipulate it in Excel. I can truly achieve my goals and data needs inside of Pendo, which is hard to say for a lot of SaaS products. The UI is intuitive, and the workflows are well thought out. Our team adopted it quickly with very little training required.
Pendo.io had the full suite of solutions for product management, customer success and UX. The other solutions seemed to be good solutions but Pendo solved a lot more range of proplems for our teams. Pricing was all about the same as well so it didn't really factor into the decision making.
