Overall Satisfaction with Pipedrive
We use Pipedrive across our entire company to set follow-ups, track opportunities, organize prospects, and internal communication between departments.
- The easiest CRM to setup and onboard.
- Very easy to change/add prospects, organizations, and contact info.
- Extremely customizable and user friendly.
- Easy to assign tasks to individual sales members.
- Doesn't track when you last emailed/reached out to someone well.
- Opportunity and won-sales reporting leaves a lot to be desired.
- Needs more logic built-in. Not very intuitive.
- Pipedrive is streamlined and provided seamless communication on deals that require tasks to be done by other departments.
- Lack on integration to email marketing tools have really hurt us and add time to constructing email campaigns.
- Salesforce and HubSpot
Not nearly as intuitive or sophisticated as Salesforce but MUCH easier to create and manage custom fields. Also a lot quicker when scheduling follow up tasks and adding/creating new organizations and contacts.
