Overall Satisfaction with Pipedrive
Pipedrive has been used to link two offices' CRM efforts when working on a dual project. It has allowed us to keep track of the project from opposite sides of the country with two offices' input. This has been easy and efficient with very little issues. It allows full visibility on all tasks, progress and customer information.

- Organisation of tabs can be difficult
- Only positive impact as it has allowed us to continuously focus on the work and takes the organisation of the product into it's own hands.
Pipedrive is a very effective project management tool whereas I have used Insightly more as a full CRM system - this is not a negative reflection on Pipedrive as I cannot really compare them as they were used for completely different needs. As a project management system Pipedrive has met and exceeded requirements.
