Overall Satisfaction with Pipedrive

Whole organization uses it. It's one of two CRM systems we use. Mostly use Pipedrive to manage sales pipeline.

Cheaper than Salesforce and SugarCRM. Vtiger offers more for less cost.
Seems better for transactional sales than long complex solution sales.
