Overall Satisfaction with Playvox

Playvox is used across the whole organization. We use Playvox to evaluate agents' interactions with customers and to coach them, as well as to monitor quality stats.

Pros

  • It makes it easy for us to gauge and track agents' performance.
  • We can easily monitor the performance scores and area of opportunity.
  • One of the best things is that we can upload quizzes for learning.

Cons

  • To upload a course is a bit difficult, I would say it's a little lengthy.
  • Sometimes it takes time to fetch/export reports.
  • Filtration is a little complex.
  • I can get the overall performance report on a single platform.
  • I can easily coach my agents to not repeat mistakes.
  • It's easy to keep my agents engaged with different courses/quizzes.
I have used our internally produced tool. Playvox was one of the tools that were meeting our business requirements, having options of keeping everyone in the loop for their performance tracker.

I would totally recommend this software to my colleagues because this is one of the best tools to track and record the overall performance of your business. Also, it helps you maintain customer experience.
