Overall Satisfaction with Playvox

Playvox is being used mostly by the workers responsible for customer experience. In my area, Quality Assurance, we use it to monitor the contact with the clients in our official service channels. In these "evaluations", we suggest what our employers could do to get better and we reinforce what they are doing right. Also, we use Playvox as a guide to all our procedures and to give new information.

  • We are able to develop customer service.
  • Playvox can be used to analyze the data of our agents.

My company chose Playvox because it is easy to use. It is very intuitive and everyone in the company can easily access.
