Overall Satisfaction with Playvox

Playvox has been very useful in our company, specially when we talk about delivering important messages, evaluations, performance management and quality assurance. I myself am evaluated from time to time, and Playvox allows me to receive a better feedback from my superiors, which helps me (all of us, in fact) to develop as a team and as a company.

Playvox is very well suited when you need to ensure some amount of quality in your team. In many fields you could take advantage of what Playvox offers you. In our case, we like to measure how well our employees are doing and how much of the training we give are working.
