we use the Playvox to Measurement our performance in the work and how we can upgrade with our commercial level and to show who is the best between the agents in using procedures of our company's process which make us go with the performance of the company to the required stage and it helps us to know our faults .so that we wouldn't do it again. I think it makes our company control with all the activities and the actions which the agents took at the work although it is a charming application and didn't frustrate us when we use it and it is one of the easiest applications to use
