Overall Satisfaction with Vasion Print

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Vasion Print allowed us to completely eradicate Windows print servers from our environment. Especially concerning a VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure) environment, Vasion Print is a GAME CHANGER! The fact that the system is hosted takes so much off of our plate, we have reclaimed untold amounts of man hours that used to be spent managing the print servers. We also LOVE the fact that even though the system is hosted, print jobs never leave our network. This was absolutely key since the financial industry is under such scrutiny where security is concerned.

Vasion Print is well suited for ANYONE that currently has to manage print servers. Not only does it greatly simplify printer distribution, but it also cuts down on WAN traffic as print jobs remain local and never have to traverse the WAN. I honestly can't think of a scenario where Vasion Print would not be appropriate, other than a business that doesn't user printers.
