Overall Satisfaction with PrinterLogic

PrinterLogic has worked great and has solved a lot of headaches that we had with our and our customer's printers prior. We plan to keep deploying this to clients as an easy printing solution. Out of all the vendors and applications we've viewed in the past, we've never had a product work so seamlessly right off the bat. We would highly recommend others look into this solution as well.
  • Printing off network.
  • Printing to multiple printers through a network.
  • Ease of driver installation/deployment.
  • There's a lot going on which can be overwhelming but isn't a horrible thing.
  • Ease of deployment.
  • Scalability
  • Remote Printing.
  • Fewer Holdesk Calls.
  • Less troubleshooting of printers.
  • Easy user interface for self service.
It's great from an end-user perspective. It can be a bit overwhelming on the admin front and if you're not in the console constantly it's easy to forget where certain features or functionalities are.
We are moving clients towards cloud environments such as strictly Azure, and the printing within there is horrible from our experience. So, PrinterLogic has been a great solution in that aspect. We hope to have it replace print servers over time too but some of our clients are overwhelming with their printers which will take time.
We haven't looked into many other options besides the default universal print from Microsoft.

I love the product it's worked great for easy deployment to ourselves and our clients and is super easy to re-add if you ever needed too. I can't say enough good things, and we've only scratched the service of all the features they offer.
