Overall Satisfaction with PrinterLogic

We use PrinterLogic to provide an easy solution to install printers on our end users workstations without IT involvement. It has cut down help desk tickets to almost zero when it comes to installing printers. With PrinterLogic handling the installation and our support contract with another vendor to handle the physical problems with the printers, our IT department rarely needs to handle printer requests.

  • The ROI has been huge, the cost of having our help desk team take care of printer installations were much higher than the cost of the solution.

  • The single pane of glass console makes inventory, supplies and usage so much easier.
It does exactly what we need. It alleviates almost all of our help desk teams requests allowing them to focus on other issues. Implementation and management is a breeze.
We were able to eliminate all of our print servers and the ability to have end users be able to install printers themselves and not have to open help desk tickets has saved us a lot of time and money.

In our particular situation, we needed a solution that alleviate the amount of support our help desk team was having to attend to. PrinterLogic gave us a solution where our end users were able to install other printers they needed that the role didn't usually need.
