Overall Satisfaction with Procore

Our company uses Procore to handle our entire documentation process for every project. We use it to store, access, and distribute everything from plans and specs, RFIs, submittals, sketches, contracts, and change orders. It handles every aspect of construction management, and does it an a very accessible, very intelligent way. The mobile aspect is a huge plus, as it helps the team not be tied down to a desk when looking for information on site and to always be connected to the project.

Pros

  • Submittal Management
  • Information Distribution
  • Drawing/Sketch storage

Cons

  • Auto-read software sometimes does not capture specification sections very well.
  • There is no ability to delete Division titles in specifications tab.
  • Saved time on all documentation control.
  • Saved space by having all documents digitized.
Procore is essentially perfect for the construction industry once a project is about to break ground and start running. The bidding aspect can be improved, so estimating still needs to be done out of this software. This can handle projects of any size, however.

Using Procore

The whole company uses ProCore. These employees vary from project management, accounting, superintendents, safety directors, estimating, etc.
