Overall Satisfaction with Procore
Our entire company uses Procore (design, ownership, office, and field all participate). It makes it easier when transferring drawings, setting up meetings, or sharing site progress. All of the times, multiple parties need to be involved, and they can all participate in a familiar platform.
It's a one-stop shop for software.
It's a one-stop shop for software.
- User friendliness.
- They are constantly implementing new ideas.
- Easily share data.
- Using a .PDF format across the site, sometimes they have a default .JPEF format.
- When Procore is experiencing connectivity issues, productivity across the whole company shuts down.
- Integrate their email function into your Outlook. I would even appreciate having a "sent" folder.
- Easier to communicate with subcontractors
- Efficient RFI tracking, great documentation.
- Easily track plans and drawing sets.
The only other software that I have used has been PlanGrid.
Honestly, I felt that PlanGrid edged out Procore slightly in terms of having plans available on the field. However Procore overpowers them in every other area (documentation, contact directory, observation logs, etc). Procore just has a more whole rounded software to offer.
