Overall Satisfaction with Procore

We are the first projects in our company to use Procore and are currently using it for all of its document management and cost control functions. Currently, only the construction teams are using Procore. It helps us organize all of our construction documents and correspondence. It also provide a suite for cost control management.

Pros

  • It's a great one stop shop that provides tools for all Project Management needs.
  • Great customer service with the help desk for any issues that may arise.

Cons

  • User permissions could be more flexible to allow for more capabilities for each user.
  • Notifications could be more adjustable to help filter out unnecessary alerts.
  • It has been a positive return on investment thus far, making it easy for all members of the construction team to use one application.
Procore is significantly more user friendly than Prolog. Unifier is pretty comparable.
It has been a great tool for submittal and RFI management. Meeting minutes are also very intuitive and easy to record. Budget modifications and change events are other useful tools that makes it easy to track costs.
