Overall Satisfaction with Procore

We are utilizing Procore in many ways which include recording of daily activities (meetings, document control, RFI's and submittals), quality assurance, inspections, etc. We utilize Procore throughout the company and it has been a tremendous tool for team collaboration for the projects.

Pros

  • Meetings agendas and minutes are very easy to use. It makes project collaboration so much easier.
  • Punch lists are another easy tool to use. It helps get these items out to subs quickly and cuts down on time while generating punch lists.
  • Photos are very easy to take and categorize. Procore uploads automatically. A huge time saver.

Cons

  • [I'd like to see Procore] Make the apps on iPad and iPhone even more easier to use.
  • It has made a huge difference is how I run the projects. A big time saver.
Being able to use the procore apps in the field make it much easier to get the project completed. RFI's and inspections can be done right there on the spot.
