Overall Satisfaction with Procore
Procore is used throughout the Operations department of our company. Procore has been a great tool for us in developing best business practices throughout the "under-construction" phase of our projects. The tools that Procore provides allows our company to save time and money by streamlining processes that took longer before we had Procore. The instant support that Procore provides has allowed us to more fully implement the software throughout our Operations department with relative ease.
Pros
- Instant access to and quick responses from the Procore Support team. This is very important as Procore is an evolving software, and the instant access to support helps us ensure that we are utilizing all of the tools efficiently.
- Procore's ease of use is a very strong aspect to why it has been so helpful for our company. The tools are very intuitive, and there is not a lot of time spent training our employees to use the full spectrum of tools that we utilize.
- Procore listens to it's users and responds with updates to it's tools and software appropriately.
Cons
- The submittals tool could use some rework. It is cumbersome and can be confusing.
- There are other estimating software programs that have a global database of companies. Procore could use something similar.
- The drawings tool could use an on-screen takeoff tool to help streamline takeoffs in estimating and in the course of construction.

- Clarity of information being transmitted is much higher when it is centralized and accessible via the Internet.
