Overall Satisfaction with Procore
Our entire Planning and Development department of 22 employees uses Procore daily for project management. The software is used both as a central repository of project information and invoice management internally. We also use Procore on the construction project management side to process and track project submittals, RFIs, change orders, and other documents.
- Procore handles submittals with multiple reviewers and revisions particularly well.
- The basics construction tools of RFIs, Submittals, Drawings, and specifications are all handled very well and integrated with one another.
- Communications associated with the tools both inside and outside the program are handled very well.
- The document management system is clunky enough that is only really effective as an archive record copy.
- A universal search function for words across the various tools and emails would be very helpful.
We have benefited enormously from having all of our project stakeholders using the same platform to access project information. The only issue we've had is sometimes finding the information within the tool.
- We would not be able to manage all the projects we are without Procore as a central source of information.
We procured Procore through a competitive RFP process- the program was advantageous in cost and features. It was less customizable than some of the competitors (eBuilder being one) that we reviewed.
