Implementation Rating

To implement Procore effectively and the most efficiently, get everyone on the same page and using Procore. It's hard when one or two of the subcontractors do not use it because this is the best way to exchange information between all of the users, GCs, owners, and subcontractors. This will help immensely.

Ease of Integration

It is easy to integrate Procore into any project, all you need to do is to set up the directory with all of your people and then upload the plans so everyone can see them who is involved. It's user friendly and easy to get it started into an already ongoing project.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

It is being used throughout our entire project to get everyone on the same page. This is user-friendly and helps with communication throughout our entire team. Our tasks are keeping up with our timeline and our project overall. The business problems it addresses are requests for information and submittals to different contractors to be approved.

Pros and Cons

RFI -Request for information, it gets out to the right people and it keeps everyone on task.
Submittals - let's you put information down that needs to be approved so you can keep up with your scheduled timeline.
Daily log - allows everyone to see who is there and what people are doing.

Only allowed to add one contractor to a responsible contractor task at a time.

This has extremely helped our collaboration efforts of our whole team throughout our entire project thus far. We plan to continue to have Procore help us with keeping the communication line going between the owners, GCs, subcontractors and our main offices while we are out in the field. It is very user friendly!

I haven't used any other products like Procore, I have just begun in the construction industry and I am hoping that I will be able to continuously use Procore on all of my future endeavors and projects. I do not want to know what it would be like to not be able to have everyone on the same page through this one collaborative product.

Likelihood to Recommend

It is user-friendly and it keeps everyone on task. For an RFI you are able to submit photos, ask a question, assign the question to who needs to answer it, and the timeline of when the question needs to be answered. This helps tremendously when trying to keep everyone on task.
