Overall Satisfaction with Procore
We are using Procore across the whole organization.
It is a great way for our company to keep track of any changes and to increase the communication level between the field and the office.
With Procore, we diminished the amount of calls and emails back and forth from the site supervisors to the PM teams and from them to the Architect. Simple tools like the Daily Reports and the Photos tool have allowed us to keep track of the job expenses and the manpower utilization in all our jobs.

- App sometimes makes you input the email and password again
- Would like to see an off-line feature on the mobile app when reception is not great
We have been including ALL stakeholders in our projects active in Procore. Owners, clients, architects and subcontractors have been included in the system so they could take advantage of the full potential of the application. Submittal distribution has helped us reduce the amount of emails that are send out in the submittal process as well.

Procore allowed us to integrate ALL our field and project management operations under ONE interface, which saved an incredible amount of time and paper. Also, because the system reduced the amount of correspondence between the Architect, GC, Subcontractors and clients, any field-related issues were responded a lot faster and everyone was aware of them.
Just in the submittal section alone, we were able to increase our productivity by 50% since everything could be uploaded, submitted, approved and distributed from the webpage.
