Overall Satisfaction with Procore

Cloud based software had no impact on our existing systems. Very easy to install and access.
Project specific use. Company uses multiple PM software platforms which are often dictated by our clients. Project team is currently about 50 users on this project which is a large capital improvement program of 7 sub-projects.
  • Multiple user access with controlled customizable access to all of the program component modules - cloud based.
  • Customizable document retention and organization filing system
  • Handles submittals, RFI's, transmittals well
  • Email integration Outlook is weak. Programs like Newforma work more seemlessly.
  • Meeting minutes are not robustly built on Action Items that are assignable, reportable and trackable very well
  • Viewing and uploading filed documents can be cumbersome
Client, architect, sub-consultants, prime contractor and sub-contractors all have controlled and seamless access via the cloud. Customizable permissions with granular control of module access are excellent. Single location cloud-based document storage is excellent.
  • Too early to tell yet on ROI. Certainly we are virtually paperless now using this tool. Common point of storage and access of all project information has saved significant time potentially lost to redundant and conflicting project information storage.
Cheaper than eBuilder and cloud-based as opposed to Newforma. A good middle of the road solution for us.
Well suited for less complex projects that do not need to track many action items. Not able to handle programs made up of multiple sub-projects and then be able to roll-up sub-project reporting under a single umbrella.
