Ease of Integration

Procore does have a learning curve and to motivate employees to use this tool is a challenge. Although the advantages are apparent to all if the information is stored in one place for access and referencing the timeline and life of each project.

Procore is used throughout the entire organization. Procore helps Build it by Design to keep project information in one place for easy access and reference. Further, it assists our customers in referencing project photos and RFI's.

It stores relative documents in one place
Helps schedule projects and alerts individuals to timelines
Has a financial module that keeps accounts in one place.

The software is not flexible unless the Procore team gets involved
Modules are locked
Many areas within Procore are not integrated.

Collaboration Benefits

Collaborating and putting the right eyes on documents is a great help. In some cases where a problem arises, Procore will send out a copy of the observation to a pre-determined distribution list allowing the issue to be escalated through the proper channels.

In so many cases, Procore has allowed files and documents to be retrieved for reference. The cloud-based software is very user-friendly

Requests for information, schedules, and observations. Site supernotes and safety information. Generally speaking, it makes it simple to reference project activity in on one place. Drawings are also very functional and make markups easy to share with everyone involved in the project; including consultants. In some cases, Procore falls short when it comes to user defaults and getting the information to the right people.
