Overall Satisfaction with Procore
We use Procore to almost every aspect of our day to day routine. The site superintendents keep up with time cards, review plans and PO's and CCO's that are written in the office. We take pictures to upload for progress or for any issues that arise to look back to conclude that a resolution has been made. Admins write PO's and CCO's to merge with Quickbooks for payment to our vendors and subcontractors. Our Subcontractors use Procore to create requisitions.
- Procore keeps us on budget
- Keeps our materials list at our fingertips
- Integrates well with Quickbooks
- There needs to be a function to copy and clone PO's when there are duplicate jobs or materials lists.
- A way to break a link interoffice so save time when changes need to be made after the fact.
We used Sage in the past. It was very complicated compared to Procore and not as subcontractor friendly.
Most of our Subcontractors are comfortable in maneuvering around in Procore, which makes working with them a breeze. They can go in and see any CCO's and create their own requisitions, but other subcontractors information is private. In the event that an error is made, a phone call to our office to delete the created requisitions is just a matter of minutes.
- Instead of having to go back through hundreds of emails and the back and forth of he said, she said, everything is right at our fingertips to view and track to stay on top of ROI's
- Gain visibility into projects
- Ensure information is accessible and up to date
- Document job site conditions
- Report on incidents and inspections
- Identify job site risks
- Track cost impacts from the field
- Streamline financial reporting
- Improve forecast accuracy
- Simplify employee time tracking
