Procore
Overall Satisfaction with Procore
Procore is used across the whole organization as our project delivery system. We use it to tender projects and (once won) deliver them. We have rolled out the solution across 7 different states and have continued to improve usage and functionality.
Pros
- It works well on the go. Construction sites sometimes have blackspots and Procore appears to work well both online and offline.
- Ease of use has been a positive - many of our construction workers are non-technical users so ease of use was an must have. Procore delivers this.
Cons
- We also use salesforce - which allows for the use of custom fields - up to 200 per object. Procore does not give us the same level of flexibility.
- Procore is largely built for the US market - and being an Australian company has given us a few headaches - luckily, Procore has worked with us to resolve many of these issues.
- We are still fairly early into our Procore journey but we came from an antiquated (in-house) system that was no longer fit for purpose. Procore has delivered an up to date system that is both stable and user-friendly. ROI is currently unclear - but there is no doubt that the move to Procore was a positive one for the business.
- Gain visibility into projects
- Ensure information is accessible and up to date
- Report on incidents and inspections
- Identify job site risks
