Overall Satisfaction with Procore

It still lacks some basic integration tools, like other task apps that are much more intuitive and user-friendly. There's no direct messaging tool, which can also be used, or an integration with Slack or an app like that.
Procore is used as a construction management software. It creates a link between administration, design and project execution. It is being used as the main way of communication across all parties involved in the project, and as a way of keeping track of all the information that is generated during the development. IT creates a database of parties involved, blueprints, photographs, RFIs, submittals, etc.

Procore is a much more complete application since it has many more tools, management wise, that allow you to have much more control over the execution of the project. It is not just an inspection tool. PlanGrid is a management tool that gives you complete control over the project execution.
There are clear benefits in using Procore. The clients can approve change orders immediately, and keep track on the differences that may occur on the original budget. Photograph record can help on reviewing advances, correction issues, problems on site, etc. Blueprints can be corrected directly on the cloud, which allows the process on site to be corrected immediately.

There is a complete set of tools that help in the correct communication of the different tasks. A photograph can be attached to a blueprint, lets you create an observation, an RFI, a Change Order, a modification on the budget. And you are able to keep track of the whole process.
Our company works on both design and project execution. Design only projects do not work as well on Procore since its main goal is to aid in the project's construction development. However, as a design consultant, while the construction is being executed by someone else, it really helps to keep track of corrections, observations, punch lists and different tools to manage the project. And of course, in construction projects, it works really great.
