Overall Satisfaction with Procore

It's been used across the whole organization primarily as a financial tool, a better coordination between my own organization (auditing and treasury department) and with my suppliers and contracts. It has been very easy to implement and to use. A great plus is the Procore app on the smart phones, makes the work done inside the site very easy.
  • Excelent financial management tool, very friendly . My process was adapted with out any difficulty. Procore process is very universal and straight forward.
  • Excellent followup of purchasing orderers . Our supplier find a clear understatanding of what is expected from them.
  • A great collaboration tool. Documents are shared without any trouble. Permission are set on company level thus everybody shares and gets involved easier that any other system that I know of.
  • Easier learning curve. I took us a while to understand the master mind of Procore. Although it comes in modules so we started right away using it.
  • Better implementation . Our first Procore teacher was unavailable to deliver on the first sessions. He though we were more capable to absorb data. We were slower than his expectation.
  • Price is still a little bit high for my company size and Procore could offer more than 5 simultaneous jobs.
First choice and only one was evaluated. Although some alternatives were on the table, we spoke to our sale rep and he nailed it. We didn't need any other evaluation.
Yes I have benefitted, we have several location across mexico, and a cloud-based system made it much easier to communicate and collaborate. Not only my main office feels connected, also the suppliers and residents are well covered with most updated data. This is one of the main reason to buy Procore, no doubt.
  • Saved time and effort, but had to increase my employees to satisfy the software requirements (its worth it).
  • Increased efficiency across all department, better communication with the same database.
  • I can affirm the positive outweighs the negatives by far.
  • Gain visibility into projects
  • Ensure information is accessible and up to date
  • Document job site conditions
  • Track cost impacts from the field
  • Streamline financial reporting
First of all the general outline of the software is great. It is well developed and structured. Our main use has been the financial one, and let me tell all the system are working just fine. Not only from my employees but also from my suppliers and clients. Probably the only task missing is the computation of unit prices.
Well, people that see the efficiency of procore adapt it with ease. The harder part is to change workers that feel that their job is under scrutiny. But I believe this happens in any software integration . Purchasing department took longer to adapt it, but they didn't have a choice.
Quality management could be easier to use, lots of people are involved to share info.
Lots of filters depending on the profile of the user.
Less Manager (refi, documents) to handle everything (kind of a constraint).
More quantity of jobs or construction should be open at the same time (my limit is 5 now).
