Overall Satisfaction with Procore

It is being used across the whole organization. It addresses regional/city differences and eliminating tracking on various Word and Excel documents. Procore replaces SharePoint.

  • Chat service providers have varying levels of expertise - and getting an answer to a complex problem is often challenging
  • Some of the enhancements made are not consistent across the platform (ex. mobile features for some modules but not others
Have not used other products
These capabilities are immensely beneficial. For example, contractors are able to get the latest drawing set on their mobile device and know with certainty that they are reviewing the same drawing set as the owner.

All project finances are located in one place; no room for manual entry errors.
All regional projects are managed with the same process as dictated by Procore setup.
All documents are visible, including change records on who updated files and when.
It is easy to write processes for Procore use and governance.
It takes users practice to get acquainted with the system (especially when coming off paper/spreadsheet records.)
For a large developer with multiple business areas, including business development and construction, it is challenging to provide/restrict access to all parties as needed. Some additional modules focused on business development would be very helpful.
