Procore is used by Project Management teams and Construction Administration Department, and is being considered for usage by Accounting Department.
It addresses many various issues, but most of it - in general - communication and ease of sharing various information.

- Specifications. Fantastic tool to upload specs and access them in any way needed.
- Submittals. Great distribution and clear process making and tracking submittals a snap!
- Bidding. Powerful tool to send out a large volume of bid invitations and track the responses.
- Observations. Easy and convenient way to record and share various situations that need team's attention.
- RFIs. A great tool for this necessary communications.
- Photos - inability to structure subfolders or albums
- Daily Log - when viewing Daily Log, viewing photos included in it is a hassle, I also don't like how the photos print in PDF version of DL.
We have been benefiting from the cloud-based access, it gives a great flexibility in sending out bid invitations and sharing other documents.
