Overall Satisfaction with Procore

We use Procore to keep up-to-date contract documents accessible to the field team at all times. We also use Procore to record our daily activities and as our internal document storage and distribution system.
  • Share information.
  • Control project punchlist.
  • Maintain project documentation.
  • Drawing mark-up tool could be more user-friendly.
  • A Procore Drive copy and paste function would streamline cloud-based work flow.
  • Add contact information to the project without giving them access to the project.
  • Saved paper.
  • Saved office efficiency.
  • Saved rework in field due to old information.
We weighed Procore with PlanGrid. While PlanGrid is a good tool, we found Procore to check more boxes for streamlining multiple workflows.
  • Gain visibility into projects
  • Ensure information is accessible and up to date
  • Document job site conditions
  • Report on incidents and inspections
Procore helps us achieve our goals by storing our data indefinitely for recall. Too often we spend time researching and pulling up old information that is better stored and accessible within Procore's system.
We benefit from the cloud-based access by eliminating steps to get information to the field management. We no longer have to process submittals multiple times then get them distributed to the field. They have up to date submittal status and information.
Procore is well suited for field management, up-to-date contract document control, and cloud-based workflows.

Integrating Procore

Setting up Procore is a big endeavor. If you do not have a dedicated person to learn how to use it, implement it, and train people on how to use it efficiently, then it will be a bumpy ride.
