Overall Satisfaction with Procore
We are dedicated to the design, construction, and operation of hotels in Central America and the Caribbean. Procore helps us to keep the projects in order and in a clear way for all the participants from the conception of the idea to the opening of the hotel. Problems? Generally with new providers who do not know the platform and sometimes find it difficult to use it.

To date, we have only used Procore's own applications and have not associated third-party applications, but it would help a lot to be able to connect the financial area with software such as softland and exactus. Not having an application that is compatible with softland means that it has not been possible to use the Procore financial platform and generate the use of two different programs.
Using the daily logs has helped us to follow up on the things that happen in the project without having to be on-site, it also serves to control the arrival of materials, incidents in occupational health, weather conditions, and also the hours that someone is in the project, although not many general contractor users like to use them.
The use of the Procore platform has not been an item to evaluate in the retention of talent and collaborators.
