Overall Satisfaction with Procore
We use Procore on all of our projects, from small renovations to large new builds. We use drawing management, RFI's, submittals, document storing and sharing, change management, and daily logs. The live documents help with coordination onsite.
- Easy to navigate
- Different permission templates.
- Marking up drawings is simple.
- Amount of emails generated from within.
- Submittal generator
- Schedule should be able to incorporate Microsoft Project.
- Updating drawings onsite
- Document distribution to site
- RFI procedure
Accessible daily rather than waiting until the end of the week for the super to provide.
Both have their advantages but Procore is better for 2D management.
