- More control of auto generated communications i.e. observations.
- Easier set up for creating commitments.
- The ability for multiple GC Superintendents to be able to create a daily report based on area.
- Better formatting options for test boxes.
- Ability to pull information from multiple tools into one custom report.
- We can get more done faster, which makes us more profitable.
- The documentation organization has been priceless for dealing with issues that arise months/ years after construction is complete.
DocuSign: Speeds up document execution so that we can focus on construction and not paperwork. EarthCam and OxBlue: Effective for monitoring the progress of job sites that are far from the main office.
The fact that subcontractors can complete their daily logs in Procore is such a game-changer. Not having to track down paperwork is so much more efficient. Procore makes tracking outstanding sub-dailies so much easier.

Procore is the only tool you need to manage a construction product. The other products are not all-inclusive and you must use other products to supplement them.
