Procore is integrated into every aspect of our daily tasks. With Procore, we are able to efficiently manage RFIs, submittals, safety, financials and so much more.

  • Ability to pull information from multiple tools into one custom report.
  • We can get more done faster, which makes us more profitable.
  • The documentation organization has been priceless for dealing with issues that arise months/ years after construction is complete.
DocuSign: Speeds up document execution so that we can focus on construction and not paperwork. EarthCam and OxBlue: Effective for monitoring the progress of job sites that are far from the main office.
The fact that subcontractors can complete their daily logs in Procore is such a game-changer. Not having to track down paperwork is so much more efficient. Procore makes tracking outstanding sub-dailies so much easier.
Procore is the only tool you need to manage a construction product. The other products are not all-inclusive and you must use other products to supplement them.
Procore is well suited for managing projects with large teams of people where communications and documentation are key. It would be less appropriate to utilize Procore on small, 1 man, projects where information sharing is not necessary.
