Overall Satisfaction with Procore
Currently my company uses Procore to manage projects from cradle to grave. We manage drawings, schedule, and finances on the software. We also create and close out punchlists from our iPads in the field which is the Owner's favorite tool. Allowing the pictures and location diagram to truly illustrate where issues are located helps members not currently on site stay involved in the process.
Pros
- Detailed listing of updated drawings, which includes the history
- Great punchlist tool
- Website allows field personnel to easily navigate from any device
Cons
- Would be nice to have an add-in for modeling or BIM outputs
- Saves immeasurable time searching through plans and specs
I have not integrated any features at this time.
We do not use the daily log function in Procore currently (JV project).
Procore seemed to be more aimed at ease of use for contractors and the day to day on site staff.
