Overall Satisfaction with Procore

As a General Contractor, we use Procore to manage our field operations, construction documentation, reporting and the financial side of the project.
  • Innovation. Procore continues to update the platform, providing new features.
  • Integration. Procore seems to be focused on integration with 3rd party developers that can enhance Procore's operation with off-platform product integration.
  • Support. I've never had a bad experience with their support personnel. There have been times when they were not able to resolve my issue, but they have always tried their best and invested as much time as I needed.
  • Maintenance. In its quest for innovation, Procore has either let some basics slide or actively eliminated some basic features, leading to a lack of efficiency.
  • Suggestions. I have seen items on the Feedback Forum that have a ton of upvotes but Procore either continues to ignore or states that they will not develop.
  • Procore's ability to archive everything from meeting minutes to photos is always a benefit by reducing liability or risk.
Sage 300; FieldCheck; OpenSpace; Safety Reports; BuildR.
Sage 300 is probably the integration with the most impact, eliminating double entry on all financial records outside of the Owner Agreement/Prime Contract.
We expect BuildR to have a significant impact with closeout and warranty service tracking.
Superintendents appreciate the shortcuts allowed by the Daily Log tool, like the weather and dropdowns. They've made suggestions for improvements, many of which we have been unable to accomplish but it's still much easier than the previous ways used.
Anytime a company can offer tools and platforms that make a worker's job easier it makes retention greater. We have expanded greatly in the past 5 years and with this growth I've noticed we are getting people who have used Procore in their previous lives.
  • Prolog, BuildingConnected and an Autodesk product
Procore is web based, providing simple access everywhere but still allows for downloading data to in-house archives.
Procore provides an immediately available status for the project with consistency across the board from job to job and team to team.
